Accounting, tax & legal since 1981

Get out of your own way. We’ll run the back office.

Bookkeeping, proactive tax, payroll, CFO advice and an in-house attorney, planned together by one team that picks up the phone and doesn’t bill you when you call.

Since 1981

Ted Hallows opened the firm to give small businesses and farm families in Central Utah a full-service partner close to home. Four decades on, the deal is the same: you run the business, we run everything behind it.

Why owners stay

Clients never pay to call us. We review your financial statements every quarter, plan your taxes at mid-year and again before year end, and keep the same people on your account. That’s most of the secret.

The difference

Accounting. Done. Different.

Most firms see you once a year, at tax time. Here’s what changes when your accountant sits on your side of the table.

How we work

What working with us looks like.

An accountant smiling on a phone call with a client at her desk.

Always in reach

Call, text, email or Zoom as often as you need. Clients are never billed for a phone call or a consultation, so you can ask before you decide instead of paying to fix it after.

A business owner shaking hands with a loan officer in a bank lobby.

Your banker, handled

Applying for financing? Tell us the lender. We send them the statements and returns they ask for directly, often within a couple of business days and many times within hours. You stay out of the middle.

An accountant explaining a plan to a client across a meeting table.

One team, one plan

Your bookkeeper, CPA, CFO and attorney plan together, so tax and legal decisions are made with the whole picture and you stop carrying messages between offices.

Don’t get beat up by tax. You do the beating.

Proactive tax

Tax gets handled all year, not in April.

  1. Every quarter

We review your numbers with you

Financial statements reviewed together each quarter, so the picture never goes stale.

  2. Mid-year

A tax check-in with room to move

Planning while there are still six months left to change course.

  3. October–November

    Year-end planning sessions

Timed so you can still make the moves that lower your bill before December 31.

  4. Filing season

    The easy part

No weeks of digging through statements or phone tag with your CPA. Your books are already done.
