Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

We are committed to making our website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, magnification or other assistive technologies. Accessibility is part of how we build and maintain the site, not an afterthought.

Conformance status

We aim for this website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. The site is designed and tested with that standard in mind and is intended to conform to it. It has not yet been formally audited by an independent third party, so we describe it as partially conformant: some content may not yet fully meet every success criterion.

What we’ve done

• Text and interface colors meet WCAG AA contrast ratios: at least 4.5:1 for body text and 3:1 for large text and controls.
• Every page works with a keyboard alone, starts with a “Skip to content” link and shows a visible focus indicator.
• Headings follow a logical order, and each page uses landmarks for its header, navigation, main content and footer.
• Form fields have visible labels, required fields are marked in text, and errors are described in words next to the field.
• Buttons and links are at least 44 by 44 pixels on touch screens and are named for what they do.
• Meaningful images have text alternatives, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Animation and smooth scrolling are turned off when your device is set to reduce motion, and no media plays on its own.
• Pages reflow to a single column down to 320 pixels wide without horizontal scrolling, and text can be enlarged to 200%.

Known limitations

We’re still reviewing the site. Links to our main website, client portal and partner pages lead to content we don’t control here, which may not meet the same standard. A decorative band listing our office towns scrolls continuously on the home page; it pauses when you hover over it and stays still when your device is set to reduce motion. If you run into a barrier anywhere, please tell us and we’ll work to fix it or get you the information another way.
